Imogen has worked as the project consultant for the Dakota County Birth to Age 8 Initiative for the past 18 months whose members are four Dakota County school districts, two nonprofits and county public health, social services and administrative staff. She has managed numerous workgroups to reach consensus on workplan objectives including identifying key development milestones and indicators for the proposed Birth to 8 IT system development.
